There will be a loss of service at some point during the maintenance window whilst we Virgin Media complete the maintenance work.

The planned outage is expected to occur between 00:01am and 02:00am and should only last for up to 30 minutes. However, should Virgin Media have any issues, then as a worse case they will need to use the 6 hour change window from 00:01am until 06:00am

This work is to upgrade software on equipment at their Network at multiple sites.
